My tech career spans 15+ years. The last 9+ years have been focused on UX/UI, product design and UX leadership. What sets me apart is my passion for design operations, transformative guidance, and driving product led growth.

I am passionate about helping design organizations achieve greater levels of velocity to build customer centric experiences that remove friction and infuse ease into a product. The value of UX is influenced greatly by UX processes and UX tools. With the right methods in place, UXers can articulate UX impact to business objectives.
